As a translation company, we make whatever effort is necessary to ensure all the work we undertake is 100% reliable. We only work with translators who are educated native speakers of the target language and who have tertiary level qualifications in linguistics or specialised translation. Our technical reviewers are also selected using the strictest criteria. Our staff will be more than happy to help you with any query you might have regarding prices, deadlines, availability, or any other matter. Please feel free to contact us by phone or email.
1. Quote
So that you, as the client, always know where you stand, each job is first carefully assessed. We will then send you a full non-binding quote, completely free of charge. This quote will detail prices, deadlines and any other conditions applicable to the work. Send us a request for a quote.
2. Translation
Once you have approved the quote, the text is sent to the translator who is more suitable for the job.
3. Revision
Following translation, the text is reviewed and revised by a specialist from that area of expertise.
4. Final reading
The revision is followed by a final check for any formatting corrections. We also double-check that the tone of the text is natural to the target language. We meticulously follow this whole process, to ensure we meet the high standards of quality expected by our clients.
5. Delivery
The text is delivered to the client in the format (paper/file) and means (email, post, courier) required. Through careful and efficient management, we never miss deadlines.
6. Certification
If the translation requires certification by a notary, solicitor, embassy or any other official body, we will take care of this for you, and as quickly as possible.
